anywhere access
Hello, all.
I have been using this system successfully with anywhere access for a few years now, just moved into a new house. In the course of setting up backhaul over MOCA, I had to factory reset everything. Got it up and running, and realized that anywhere access doesn't work. It's ENABLED, but just doesn't work. Tried a bunch of times, redownload app, the whole deal. I must be missing something. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Stephen.

Re: anywhere access
Does the Orbi app work correctly when connected to the Orbi WiFi?

Re: anywhere access
Yes, it works fine on WIFI. Obnoxiously requires lots of leaving, closing, and refreshing, but that's always been the case.

Re: anywhere access
When you open the menu (upper left of the screen), the top entry shows the model number of the router.
This says, "Connected Locally", correct?
Is there an arrow that opens to show other options?

Re: anywhere access
One of those "Mysteries of Life". Netgear has a Status Page that supposedly shows which systems are working and which are having problems:
https://status.netgear.com/orbi
It appears that Remote Access status was last updated on Feb 27.
