There was a recent update of the Orbi app the last couple of days...try updating that if you have not already. If that doesn't work, I would close the app and then clear the cache of the Orbi app and see of that helps.

Try uninstalling the app completely, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app through the Android/Apple app store. Then re-login into the app after installing again and see if that helps.

If that fails, try rebooting your Orbi network by unplugging everything for 30 seconds.
And as a last resort, you could also do a hard reset and see if that straightens things out. Plus, make sure your Orbi has the latest firmware.

The Orbi 'app' often shows two methods of communicating with the Orbi router:
- Anywhere Access
- Local Access
How is the device running the Orbi app connected to the Orbi (Anywhere or Local)?

The fact that it works on the iPad and not the iPhone - is it not safe to assume that it is not related to firmware or is that an incorrect assumption on my part?

Re: "Sorry, your device list failed to load. Please try again later."
Some recent firmware releases on specific products have prompted more questions on the forum than usual, so "it depends".
What Orbi model/firmware release is this?
I would love to hear what happens when you select Local Connection on the iPhone (assuming that it is actually connected locally to the Orbi system)

It is a bit odd that it works on one but not the other but is not a surprise when it comes to apps and firmware.
Silly question, have you tried rebooting your phone?
