Voice quality issue Google Meet and Orbi SRR60 with other users on the WiFi
Have setup new environment using the SRR60 with two SRS60 satellites.
Experiencing an unusual problem when using google meet (voice only). When the speaker is a user withing the office, the other users within the office cannot hear person speaking properly (there is intermittent voice getting through, 10%), yet users outside the office (not on the Orbi) can hear the person speaking ok. When a person outside the office talks, voice is working fine for everyone in the office. It is only the people communication within the office which is an issue.
All the users, except the persom speaking are muted, so there should not be a feedback causing echo cancelling.
In the configuration, have WMM enabled, and CTS/RTS threshold is left at the default of 2347.
Bandwidth testing using Speedtest from Chromebook shows the throughput sits around the 200-230MB

Re: Voice quality issue Google Meet and Orbi SRR60 with other users on the WiFi
Welcome to the community! 🙂
Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Are the users within the office having problems connected to the SRS60 or to the SRR60? Are they all connected to Wireless Network 1?
b. What is the current firmware version of both SRR60 and SRS60?
c. If the users will use other the Google Meet, for example Zoom Meeting, does the same problem occur?
