Again Another CBR750 not working with Comcast/XF

So i'm having the same problem as quite a few other people with the Orbi Cable Modem and Xfinity/Comcast.  Ive tried everything suggested Full Reset, Power off and on for 10 - 20min just let it set.  I've factory reset the system with the Cable unscrewed from the modem. I've changed settings on the router and let them run for hrs to see if it changed anything.  To no avail nothing has worked.  I pay for Gigabit Unlimited Internet.  Everything was was working fine till mid to late Jan 2023 and then it started acting up.  Techs have come out and changed cable ends and such run tests on the lines no issues found.  I can no longer see the modem with the xfinity app but to my understanding from tech support there is a know issues for that and they are working on it.  The devices that are wired lag a bit and you cant game and the wireless devices completely drop.  Netflix buffers enough and the drop isn't long enough to really effect it.  I am running a quest network and have devices I don't want on the main network attached to it

What speed do you pay for from the ISP? 
They have claimed they have changed there speed tiers to only support 800Mpbs and 1.2Gb:

What FW version is loaded on the CBR? 

What channels are you using on the CBR for 2.4 and 5Ghz? 

Is a RBS deployed?

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

There should be a Event Log seen on the CBRs web page? 
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge and FireFox.

Can you confirm from the ISP that your on a 1Gb speed tier and not at 1.2Gb? The ISP was said to have removed the 1Gb speed tier.

Yes Modem online and connected.  I have a log file but never seem to have an event log file its always blank.  I sent you the Debug file in a private message.

Thats the log from the CBR, were looking for the Cable Connections page. 
Can you take screen captures or copy and paste the entire page and past into a word doc then save off as a PDF file then attach it to the next post by using the Choose File button.

There we go. 

You have a ton of Correctables and Un-correctables that should all be zeros. Modem is seeing problems on the ISP side. 

 

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.

Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box. 
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem. 
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
