I had two house, each house has a set of RBS750 wifi router and stellites. Now I'm moving into a new bigger house, can I use one of the wifi router as a satellite?

No.
The RBS satellites will work at satellites. But the RBR router can't be a satellite.
It can do access point mode. But I have no idea how this would play with your other hardware.
Maybe you have enough RBS satellites to flood the new house with wifi.
