I have 3 RBSE960 satellites for my 3 story house, ~3000 sq ft
Another RBKE963B owner datapoint - I too have had my IoT network "go bad" periodically, about every 1 or 2 weeks, requiring Orbi reboot. The symptoms are devices cannot connect to the IoT network anymore, as if the password is wrong.
My main wireless network, on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz is fine when this happens. My 6Ghz network is turned on but I don't have any wi-fi 6e devices. My IoT network is configured for 2.4Ghz only. I also have AX mode disabled for 2.4Ghz only. All wireless channels are fixed and not set to Auto.
I assumed this intermittent IoT failure is due to some firmware bug that will eventually get fixed so I just deal with the periodic Orbi reboots right now. I did recently experiment by decreasing my 2.4Ghz power to 50% (only, 5Ghz is still at 100%). This change may be helping as my Orbi has now been up 21 days and my IoT network is still working. It's not ever been this stable and the only thing I changed was the 2.4Ghz power setting.
I have 3 RBSE960 satellites. I know this is much more than required for my 3 story house, ~3000 sq ft. I don't care and it should still work. The satellites are placed at the edges of my house and help with wireless coverage to outdoor 2.4Ghz cameras. I also use the satellites for wireless access points in their locations and to connect wired devices.

Sorry if I was unclear - This was a reply to some other RBRKE963B owner's thread, also recommending the 2.4 Ghz power reduction tactic to solve IoT network intermittent failure. I don't know why my post became its own forum thread, but I don't need any reply or answer to what I posted.

Update - My IoT network unfortunately did fail again after 3 weeks, even with the power reduction so that is not a workaround. Reboot was the short-term fix (again).
