Online Firmware Update

Actually RBR850, i go to check for firmware update and receive service unavailable.  Any thoughts on why or steps to resolve.

Same here. Probably NG services. Happens once in a while. You might contact NG support to inform them about this.

Yep, it is still down. It's quite annoying that it happens often. Netgear can't even keep it up well. 😞

My RBR850 is doing the same thing.  Curious that it was out of support in January and now can't receive updates.  I opened an issue 5 days ago and no response.

Issue was resolved for most of us.
