Orbi RBR750 Router & 2 Satellites - One Satellite bearing the full load.
I had some troubles with my RBR 750 a week or so and support requested I flash the firmware and then perform a shock reset on the rotuer. This I performed and things seem to be working but I am seeing one of the two satellites is carrying the entire load. All connected devices are going through the one, not the router and not the other satellite. Anything I should be doing to disperse the devices across all three?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Re: Orbi RBR750 Router & 2 Satellites - One Satellite bearing the full load.
Firmware version is Firmware: 4.6.5.14_2.9.54
Verizon Fios G3100 is the ISP and Router. Orbi Router in AP Mode.
I have not moved those satellites since the troubles began. One is about 50 ft from Router on same floor and the other is about 30 ft from Router one floor above.
Hmm we just lost internet and the Router updated the Wifi/Network name to Admin but with same password. Never seen that before. I am back up.

If you turn OFF the RBS and leave just the RBR running, does this still happen?
When you set up the RBR for AP mode, did you set Dynamic or set a Static IP address configuration on the RBR?

No Dynamic or Static IP set on the Orbi Router no. If I turn off both RBS the devices connect to the RBR.

Re: Orbi RBR750 Router & 2 Satellites - One Satellite bearing the full load.
For AP mode there are two modes to get the IP configuration, Dynamic or Static.
Are you sure the RBR is in AP mode or is it in router mode?

So turn one RBS, the one that isn't seeming to take the full load and see what connects to it.
