Orbi RBR750 only intetnet on the guest network

Anyone else experienced this issue? The phone I used to setup my orbi is unable to access the Internet via the regular WiFi network, but gets access via the guest network. My phone is the only unit with this issue, and its been like this since I bought it.

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on the phone while at home:

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
