Orbi Router RBS750 shows as LAPTOP and disconnected
I use the Orbi RBS750 series (1 Router + 5 Satellites). On the admin page my router will be shown as a LAPTOP (not as a router) with the status "Disconnected". Due to the fact that I am facing Wifi drop very often I am curios if this could be the problem. Any suggestions from the community? Thanks for your help. Daniel

Is it a laptop and just showing in the wrong section? Did you compare the mac address?

I understand you have 1 router and 5 satellites. you photo didn't show much for details through.
What firmware is on the router?
And on the satellites?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Does it show up properly if you reboot?
Or if you factory reset/reinstall?
