Orbi wired backhaul Satellite not recognised
Hi, I have RBR850 with 4 Satellites. When I plug the ethernet (through the switch) into one of the satellites, the router no longer recognises connection with that Satellite (shows as disconnected on the networkmap). If a device is connected to that particular Satellite, it doesn't show up on the network, but it appears it still has an internet connection through the same wifi network! So, it extends the range but not really within the network. For example, I won't be able to use the Sonos system if I'm near that Satellite! I was wondering what is the solution here. All firmware is up to date.

Re: Orbi wired backhaul Satellite not recognised
What happens if you connect the RBS directly behind the RBR and by pass the switch? Seen then?
What brand and model # is the switch?
Be sure your using good quality LAN cables as well, CAT6 is recommended.
What Firmware version is loaded on the RBS and the RBR?
