Rebooted multiple times to no avail.
Hard line connection to modem from laptop is fine.
Satellites show they are fine.
Firmware update fails from app every time I attempt. Currently running 4.6.5.14_2.0.54.
Any ideas or is it bricked? System is only 13 months old.

Found a newer CAT5 in a stash of cables & used it after a factory reset of router & all satellites.
Factory reset & adding satellites back in one by one by using the app AND pressing sync on the router PRIOR to sync on the satellite seems to have solved the issue.

Re: RBR750 No connection/solid magenta
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

Re: RBR750 No connection/solid magenta
Motorola MB8611
Connected to Xfinity
Home is 3000sf
~30ft from router to each satellite
Wi-Fi neighbors on each side, weak signals
All devices have been power cycled per these instructions multiple times today.
No connection to internet even when wired directly to router.

Re: RBR750 No connection/solid magenta
What is the CAT# LAN cable between the RBR and ISP modem? CAT6 is recommended.
Pink means the RBR has lost connection with the ISP modem or ISP Modem isn't giving good ethernet connection or services.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Re: RBR750 No connection/solid magenta
Xfinity says signal to modem is strong.
Speedtest directly from modem is:
578 down / 40 up

Re: RBR750 No connection/solid magenta
CAT5 only supports connection speeds up to 100Mpbs. I recommend you get a CAT6 STP or UTP lan cable in between the modem and router.

Let us know if it continues after getting a CAT6 in place.

Re: RBR750 No connection/solid magenta
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
