Setup: ISP connected to Orbi. Firmware V.4.6.9.11 Orbi connected to ethernet switch. About 20 wired devices connected. Orbi has another 15 wireless devices.
Legrand (Smartlight) hub is wired to switch.
I use iphone and several ipads to control light hub.
A few months back, iphone stopped connecting, 2 ipads stopped connecting. The other day remaining 2 ipads stopped connecting.
Bought new Legrand (LC7001) hub. Same result, will not connect.
Legrand CS thinks the Orbi might be the culprit, saying they have had other cases...
Any help appreciated.

Something on that switch maybe blocking. That a managed switch so could be anything. Something to contact TP-Link about.
Or swap that out for a non managed switch between the RBR and these devices.

Re: RBR850 Blocking Legrand Hub?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the Mfr and model# of the lan switch thats connected to the RBR?
Can you connect the device directly to the back of the RBR and see if same thing happens?

Re: RBR850 Blocking Legrand Hub?
First; Connecting directly to Orbi did work with the new hub - thanks! I had tried that with the old one, but would not work, so assume it was faulty. Now, all ipads and iphone works too!
The switch is TP Link TL-SG1024DE.
Not sure of ISP modem as it is in a locked wall box outside
Still curious, why did it not work through the TP-Link?
Thanks again!
