After reading this topic I quickly browse for used 850 satellite and I get myself lucky when I found 1 unit under $15 in my local market. The existing system running in my house is the 960 with 2 satellites and it works great. When I try to hard wire this 850 satellite, turned out my 960 router detect it as a device instead of satellite.
Try to adjust some setting but to no avail. Anyone please if you have the trick... share with me. I was thinking it just plug and play method as I'm not really good at networking.
