Will a RBS750 satellite connect to RBR50v2 router?

Will a RBS750 satellite connect to RBR50v2 router? I've attempted to do so using the Orbi iOS app (remote management) and after following the instructions, pressing "sync" on the newer RBS750 and waiting, its light simply turns magenta and no new satellites are found.

Orbi AX and Orbi AC are not currently compatible.

Well that's fun that they still call it "Orbi" and don't tell you it's not compatible on the box. Will the "Wall Plugs" (RBK33) models work with my Orbi Router RBR50v2?

Yes. 

Because is called Orbi doesn't mean the different models are compatible with each other.
