How far is "not that far"? What sort of building materials are in the path between units?

Re: rbse960 always show POOR BACKHUL status
Thanks. 30 ft. is a "normal" distance. If the connection is reported as "Poor", there must be something blocking the WiFi signal between the two units. Could be AC ductwork. Metal appliances. a lot of wooden floor joists. Sometimes moving the router or satellite around will find a better path.

Re: rbse960 always show POOR BACKHUL status
Try actually testing the connection. Hardwire a pc/laptop into the satellite and see what speed it gets. that way you can check if it actually does have a poor backhaul or it the GUI is wrong.
