400 Bad Request message after updating RBR50 firmware to V2.3.1.60
I have just updated my ORBI RBR50 Router to firmware V2.3.1.6. When I log onto the router I am presentred with an "Enable CIRCLE with Disney" pop-up screen. I can see the ORBI menu behind. The pop-up has always been there and I have just closed it in the past. After the update the pop-up appears and whatever I do to remove it, I get a "400 Bad Request" message and I can not access the Router menus.
Help!

Is this on the Orbi web interface or on the Orbi "app"?

Please do a factory reset on the Orbi system and setup from scratch.

Re: 400 Bad Request message after updating RBR50 firmware to V2.3.1.60
Is every solution to Orbi problems to do a factory reset?
seems very user unfriendly. Router and wifi working but just can't access over Orbi iphone app locally but can remotely so I will leave as.

It’s more of the copy/paste mentality

Please post about this in the Orbi app forum:

Not seeing this with v40 loaded with my RBK50. Factory reset however with my system.
Good Luck.
