Being recognised as 'abroad' by Disney and Sky Sports

I am with Virgin Wifi and use the Hub 3.0 as a modem. I have the RBR50 as a router with one satellite attached.

In recent days, I've not been able to stream Disney  upon which I receive the error 73, (Disney Plus Not Available in Your Region). At the same time, if I'm browsing the Sky Sports Scores app, it does not recognise me in my region if trying to watch some of the short video's on there. 

This literally started happening in recent days. I've made no changes to anything. I'm assuming this may have something to do with the IP address but I'm not technical enough to understand. I took the IP address and put it into Instant IP address lookup and it shows as being just outside of London which is where I am based.

Importantly, I have no VPN running. 

Additionally, if I change the Virgin Media hub back to router mode, I am able to access those sites. That means it has to be something to do with a change Orbi have made, right?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With the Hub in router mode, change the Orbi system to AP mode and test:

What model Orbi do you have?

What FW version is loaded on the Orbi system?
