Can't update my orbi RBR20 to V2.5.1.16

I can't seem to update my RBR20 to the 2.5.1.16 firmware level. I checked to make sure I have the RBR20. I downloaded the update from netgear. I unziped the file and attempted to update the firmware by finding the RBR20-V2.5.1.16.img file and uploading it. It returns the following message: This firmware file is incorrect! Please get the firmware file again and make sure it is the correct firmware for this product.

Be sure to make a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Helps save time if a reset is needed.

What is the current firmware?

Try a different browser, IE11, Firefox or Opera. 
Re-download the FW file again and unpack.

I tried the download and update from Firefox and I get the same error.

Today I was able to update to 2.5.1.16 automatically. I guess I am good now...
