I would use the ISP provided router and connect the RBR to this router.
And if the ISP provided router has WIFI, turn it off.
What type of ISP router you have ?
Could you set a "static-route" there ?A little picture to better show what I mean.
Doesn't matter if the ISP provided router has limited functionality.
Therfore you have the ORBI system where you connect all your switches, devices, ...
The IP addresses can change, adapt it accordingly
Thank you for this @Ha_Ku_Na I really do appreciate the help
It has reolved the issue 🙂
Could I take that to mean that there is an issue with the DM200?

just curious again....IF your network appeared to be working for several years (?) and now it works again only after making the adjustments listed here, I wonder why it would work for years and then stop. I don't doubt the fix offered here is good, I'm more interested in why it stopped working after so long in the first place?

Not sure. But if the ISP delivers a router/moden, I suggest to use that as entry point.
I would reset/test the DM200 (in a different place if possible) and if it is ok earn some money 😉
With equipment after the "ISP-pass-through" you have the freedom to get what you prefer to cover your home with network connectivity.

1) The solution I provided is NOT a fix.
2) IT equipment/software is never perfect and need always maintenance (updates) to resolve bugs/security holes. Therefore also ISP's are doing maintenance on their side. This can lead in required changes on the customer devices to keep the compatibility.
3) If it works now it does not mean it will work forever (at least when not all components in the chain are under your control)
