Expand existing Orbi Home system with Orbi Pro
I have an existing Orbi Home system (RBK50) and would like to expand it using an Orbi Pro (SRK60) system. Will the two systems be able to be used in one mesh system?

Re: Expand existing Orbi Home system with Orbi Pro
No. RBRs can only operate in router mode and AP mode. You can't combine two systems together.

So does that mean the two units from one system can not be set up to be satelites to the other system? One main router with three satelites?

Re: karjrz@hotmail.com
The Orbi Pro FW is different from the standard Orbi system so no fully sure if the RBS Pro versions will work on the standard non pro RBR. You might contact NG support to ask for official work on this.
