Hello, please help.
My Internet connection works perfectly fine.
I have a Arris surfboard modem SB 6141.
When I set up the Orbi, no matter what I do, it won’t connect to the Internet.
It pushes the signal throughout the house, but you can’t access the Internet.
I have factory reset the Orbi and the satellite four times and total without any luck. Each time, trying to go through the set up.
I purchased it on Amazon as a warehouse deal. When I called neck here for support, they noted that they would not help because it’s not brand new.
I read through the forms, and everything that I tried to troubleshoot won’t fix the issue.
I have Comcast/Xfinity as my Internet service provider.
Does anyone have any ideas?

You didn't say whether you restarted your modem. You need to do that before powering up the Orbi, otherwise it might not pick up an IP address. It would be still looking the mac address on your previous router.

What are you using to set up the Orbi? (web interface on desktop/laptop? Orbi "app" on???)
Over ethernet connection or WiFi?
When the Orbi is powered up, not connected to the modem, a web browser will or will not connect to the Orbi WiFi (SSID) usiing the password on the label?
Sorry for the barrage of questions. This is a puzzle to unravel.

Thanks for the reply. I truly appreciate it.
I have tried to set it up Using the mobile application, and on the computer.
However, I have not tried connecting it to a ethernet cable hooked up to computer yet- just via the wifi connection.

Using ethernet cable, the Wi-Fi box will hook up to my computer, but not based on Wi-Fi

As an update, I manually updated the firmware, but it still won’t connect to the Internet.
