How to change the transmit power on Orbi RBR50?

Is there a way to change the transmit power on Orbi RBR50 other than using telnet?

This should certainly be available in the web interface but I can't find it.

The lowest level supported on the web interface is 25%.  If a lower level is desired, only the telnet approach works for that.
