How to reply to old Orbi thread with no 'reply' button?
I came to this forum to find a technical detail (about the Orbi system) before potential purchase.
I found an existing thread:
(Maximum Orbi Reserved LAN IP Addresses, November 2106)
about exactly the detail I seek , but with no actual answer to the query.
I wanted to contribute without raising a new thread.
So I have registered, but having done so, there is no 'reply' button.
Would like to request reply to the existing thread....

No thoughts?
Seems a bad move to have to duplicate an existing thread - is that the way to get an answer?

I'm confused. I'm informed my own reply "has been accepted as a solution".
Eh?
I'm still seeking an answer!

Re: How to reply to old Orbi thread with no 'reply' button?
It is a matter of time. After a certain amount of time passes, you will find you can no longer edit a post you made.
Similarly, when some specified amount of time passes after the last post in a thread (it appears to be 6-8 months or so), no further replies can be made to the thread.
