IOS app no orbi music

Can't find the orbi music widget to let me play music from KKBOX...

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still not found...

Currently using app version 2.8.2.0 and firmware V 2.6.2.4 on the RBS40V

KKBox is only available in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.

Yes it was! I can't exactly recall when it stopped working but now in my Orbi app I cannot even find the music section of the app which previously allowed me to connect to my KKBox. I am currently staying in HK.

I think you should restart the device to get the best and most stable performance. If the error still occurs then you should factory reset your device and update to the latest software version. I was listening to music at chakushin-on when suddenly I got this error and the problem was solved.
