IP Address using Circle Time

I currently have Circle controls set up for an IPAD.  Some days the usage will show 2 IP Addresses have used 4-5 hours of time during the night.  I have bedtimes set on the controls.  The IP addresses are uncatagorized in the usage, but do not show up in the history.  Currently Circle does not support blocking or unmanaging IP Addresses in the custom filters.  Is there another way to keep these IP addresses from using up the time limit.  From what I can find on brightcloud the IP addresses belong to apple.  I have filtered apple.com to be unmanaged, but the IP addresses still show up and use the time limit.

Hi @Mhodge, not sure if you've come across the KB from Circle linked below but it may help explain.
