No internet connection after change to Spectrum router
Great experience for almost 2 years with Orbi (+1 satellite) with Spectrum/Time Warner combo modem & router. After ISP-recommended switch to new modem (Docsis 3.1, model EU2251) and separate router (SAGEMCOM SAC2V2S), no internet connection through Orbi. Tried numerous configurations including connecting Orbi to router, and directly to modem (going through power cycles with each configuration and "New Setup" process in Orbi app with most configurations), but always "no internet connection" through Orbi. Prior to starting updated Orbi to latest firmware (as of 8/7/2020). So Orbi currently deactivated and using WiFi from Spectrum router, but missing out on enhanced WiFi signal from Orbi satellite in back of house. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

1 install making orbi the router:
disconnect spectrum router
Factory reset orbi router satellites
Reboot Docsis modem
Connect orbi router to Docsis modem and turn on
Configure using the app and complete configuring satellites
2 factory reset orbi router and satellites
onnect orbi router to spectrum router
Turn on orbi router and configure using the app
Configure satellites

Couple of options,
1. Disable ALL wifi radios on the router, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
