ORBI
I recently purchase, and gave raving reviews on Amazon, for the ORBI RBK43 Wi-Fi system. In response to my review, I received the below question. I was wondering if I could get some clarification and feedback so I can give a reasonable answer to the person asking if China is really snooping on us.
SK asked; "This is made in china. with the news that china has built-in hacks to spy on the US, why should we buy networking products from china?"

Re: ORBI
"with the news that china has built-in hacks to spy on the US" I would ask where does this user get his news information from?
Anything is possible, however for the most part, NG and other router mfrs have to adhear to security standards outside of China, thus there are security companies and individuals who look for exploits on various routers and other networking products. NG and other router mfrs should be keeping there products safe for the most part. However we will never really know what goes on behind the scenes! Good luck finding products not made in china.
