Orbi RBK50 power light flashingred after v1.11.0.8 update
Hi,
I tried updating following the instructions from Netgear site : i.e. Update satellite first then router.
After updating the satellite, it was ok. However, while updating the router, the power light just kept flashing red for the next 3 hours.
I checked my default gateway and its currenltly blank. It seems like my default gateway just disappeared.
Model: RBK50.
Advice?

Re: Orbi RBK50 power light flashingred after v1.11.0.8 update
Hello Supaderp
Have you held the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the unit? If that does not work the firmware may of went corrupt when updating the unit and I would suggest contacting support.

Re: Orbi RBK50 power light flashingred after v1.11.0.8 update
RMA'd the unit. Recieved the new one and was able to update to beta firmware. All is good after the update!
