Orbi RBK53 (RBR50 + 2 RBS50) - Does wired backhaul work between only satellites?
Has anyone tried to do the following.
Orbi Main router -> {wireless backhaul} -> Satellite 1 -> {wired backhaul} -> Sattellite 2
In other words, mixed mode where the first hop is wireless and the second hop is wired?

I believe one may have. Not sure where that post it. It's possible it might work.
I would try it with Daisy chaing disabled first.

I use RBK23. Mixed setup worked fine. The middle satellite had a better wifi connection to the 2nd (wired) satellite than to the router, so it connected in that way succesfully. I ran that setup for a few weeks succesfully.
In the meantime I installed a wired backhaul for the middle satellite as well.
