I am trying to access my Netgear account for remote management on the iOs app and I keep getting a message "An error has occurred. Try again." It doesn't matter how many times I try it, it doesn't work. The WiFi itself works, and I accessed the account via my PC with no problem as I have logged into the account for support. I tried to unplug the router for a minute and plug it back in but all that has done is removed all my devices from the WifFi and I need to reattach them all now. See screenshot below of error message. This is not a password/user name error.

UPDATE: I deleted the iOs app and re-installed and it seems to have resolved the issue.
