Orbi RBR50 app device manager does not recognize connected devices

I have an Orbi RBR50 and the Orbi iOS app (version 2.5.1.2) device manager does not recognize any of my 6 connected devices. It just says "no device found"

Can you please explain which firmware release is running on this Orbi?  (Found in the upper right part of the Orbi web interface home screen)?

The release notes for firmware 2.5.1.16 claim that it "Fixes the attached device list incomplete issue".
