Orbi and bt home hub
i am trying to connect my new Orbi wifi system to my bt home hub (5) i tried turning the bt wifi off - but then i couldnt get on the internet asn it said it was not secure - how can i help that please?
can i keep the wifi on the bt hub?

If you're running them both in router mode, you'll be in a double nat.

You can put the orbi in AP mode to avoid this.
I would shut off the wifi to the bt router as the orbi is tri-band. Having the wifi on the BT router will only add interference to the orbi devices.

As @plemans says, you need to put the Orbi into AP mode.
But a better option would be to remove the HomeHub 5, take it out into the garden and jump up and down on the horrible box before sending it off to the local recycling service. The HomeHub is worth what you paid for it, nothing.
Before you do that buy a decent modem only device that does not claim to be a router. I got the DM200. Now £32.45 from one of the usual suspects. There are cheaper modem only boxes.
