Orbi as access point - where to connect the wired sattelites to?

I have an Orbi router acting as an access point connected to my router.

Where should I connect wired Orbi sattelites to? The free lan ports on the router (not the orbi router), or to the lan ports on the Orbi router?

LAN ports ON the Orbi base unit. You can add a non managed switch to the back of the Orbi router for additional LAN ports if needed:
