Hi, we have 2 PC's that can't see orbi as a wifi option. Both running windows 10. All other devices connect fine. How do I get the PC's using Orbi?

Do these Windows 10 machines "see" any other WiFi networks? (even ones you do not know the password to)

Do you have a cell phone that can enable a WiFi Hot Spot? Will the Windows machines connect to it?

Both pc's pick up other networks in the neighborhood.

I enabled a mobile Hotspot and they both didn't pick that up.

so they're not picking up the mobile hotspot or the orbi broadcast?

I'd be looking at the pc's closer versus looking at the router.
