Problems connecting my RBS10
Hello
I bought six month ago a Orbi AC1200, with a RBR10 and two RBS10.
I set up the RBR10 as an access point, because there were network disks already connected to my main router.
The problems came when I decided to try and connect the satellites :
- Out of the box, one satellite is just blinking red. I can't do anything with it. The manual says that the firmware is corrupted, but doesn't give any solution to solve that...
- The second satellite connects. Backhaul is described as good. But no devide can connect on it. Basically, as soon as I enter the perimeter of this satellite, my devices disconnect from the wifi network (iphone, ipad, dell laptop,...). I try to change the settings as described in a number of posts on this forum; nothing works.
If there is any idea, I am all ears.
Thanks a lot,
Olivier.

Re: Problems connecting my RBS10
Hi
No,
Red LED = your device is bricked.
I asked Amazon for a refund and took a TP-LINK Deco M5 instead. A bit slower but much more reliable.
Good luck with your netgear products.
Olivier.
