RBR20 Default Setting after 24-48 hrs without any power failure
I currently have a RBR20 router with a firmware Version of 2.2.1.210. Since I returned from a deploymnet the router was working properly for about 2 weeks. The last week the router keeps defaulting back to default setting without any power failure. I loose all settings and I have to do a new set-up once a day.
I have done the following steps and I have not been able to fix the problem.
1. New Set-up
2. Factory reset
3. Press the reset for 30/30/30
4. Try to update the firmware, but is telling me is up to date.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: RBR20 Default Setting after 24-48 hrs without any power failure
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Try upgrading to v28 after you apply v210. You'll need to manually download v28.
Apply v28 to the satellites first, then apply to the RBR. Factory reset the RBR and RBS using the push button in back. Hold until the top LED turns on AMBER. Then let go. What for the WHITE pulsating led on top. Then walk thru the setup wizard with a wired PC and browser.
If this fails to correct the problem, I recommend you contact NG support and ask about this. May need a RMA:

The router should not reset itself to default settings.
Likely, you have a poor password and someone is just playing with you! Please make sure to have a stronger admin password.
If I check my Logs, I see hundreds of remote login trials daily.
