RBR20/RBS20 Wifi interrupts?
Our church has an RBR20 router and 3 RBRS Satellites. We placed an RBR20 Satellite in our church balcony to be able to connect a new computer that runs our new live streaming system. We are getting speedtest.net upload scores of 16 Mbps.
Our problem is the last two services, we've had one instance (each service) where the video and audio freezes for a second or two, then extreme fast forwards to catch up and then resumes the stream at the expected pace. This happens both on recordings (with OBS), as well as live streaming using OBS to YouTube.
Is the Orbi 20 Series up to the task of solid streaming upload, or do we need a hard wired (very difficult) connection from our streaming computer to the base router?
Appreciate any advice! Thanks!

Re: RBR20/RBS20 Wifi interrupts?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
Try enabling Beamforming and MIMO(MIMO may or may not be needed) and WMM. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).
