How are you configuring the Orbi system?  (web interface or Orbi "app"?)

Do you happen to have a computer or tablet that will connect to the Orbi (either via WiFi or ethernet cable)?

(a smartphone screen is so small that viewing the web interface is not pleasant)

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
