I have a working Orbi network with RBR50 and RBS50 satellite in my home. My son has just moved back home and brought his Netgear AC1750 Mesh Extender with him. We have tried to connect this with the Orbi network without success so far. Surely these two Netgear products are compatible? Any advise would be appreciated.

Most extenders are not compatible. Other users have contacted NG support abou the EX3700 and was reported to get FW from NG to make that work with the Orbi system. I got FW for my EX7700 that works with mine. Contact NG support to see if they might have something.
