I have the Orbi RBR50 + 4 satellites and Firmware is 2.7.3.22 (please note that to the best of my knowledge I did not manually perform any firmware update myself, so not sure if this was an automatic firmware update). Everything has been running fine for well over 2 years. This morning I noticed I did not have internet from 2 of the satellites.
Long story short. If i login to the Orbi Router it says that all 4 satellites are connected on 5G and show as good connection. If i unplug the satellites they disconnect from GUI on the router as expected. If I plug them back in they cycle through and eventauly show the blue ring and the Orbi GUI shows tham as connected again.
However When i connect a device to the satellite by either wifi or lan cable the device reports there is no internet.
I do have both wifi and lan connection at the RBR50 router and I do have both wifi and lan connection on the 4th satellite.
I find it impossible to believe that 3 satellites all failed at the exact same minute.
Im also very reluctant to reboot the Orbi Router and the 4th satellite in case none of them come back up (I work from home and the internet connection is my work life).
Has anyone experienced this before and is this a known issue?

The system will return if you just power OFF the modem and RBR for 30 seconds then back ON. Once the RBR is back online, power ON the RBS.
Last month.

Re: RBR50 Satellites Connected but No Internet
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed since last update?

Re: RBR50 Satellites Connected but No Internet
No, I have not powered on/off the Orbi (or the router that sits behind it - I use Orbi in AP mode) because the Orbi router itself and 1 satellite is working and im very worried if I reboot then nothing will work.
I have powered off/on the ISP modem.
As mentioned I did not manually update the firmware. I do not know when the Orbi (or even if it did) update the firmware automtaically to 2.7.3.22.
When was that firmware released do you know?

Re: RBR50 Satellites Connected but No Internet
Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
