RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

As the subject says I can no longer see any connected devices in the iOS app or a web browser. This all started when the Armour Subscription expired. I have a ticket with tech support but Im getting the usual answers that are unhelpful. I've already tried rebooting, defaulting the unit and starting over same issue. My Firmware version is 2.5.1.8 . Also I have Satellites that are ONLY visibile from the iOS app. They no longer tell me what is connected either when I browse them on iOS. All devices connected to WIFI work, this is a strange issue. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it ? I've included a screenshot.

1 RBR50 Firmware Version 2.5.1.8

1 RBS50Y Firmware Version 2.3.5.32

2 RBS20 Firmware Version 2.3.5.26

Re: RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

I don't have those RBS models however the RBS50 does appear with my RBR, both UI and app.

Re: RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

@FURRYe38  & @Retired_Member  That information was mentioned above. Yes a hard reset has been done, yes the devices connected still work. This all occured after the Bitdefender expired. I should probably renew it and see if it starts working.

Re: RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

Try a reset on the RBR and this time don't setup any Armor or BitDefender...Devices should be seen. I don't use Armor or BitDefender or Circle.

I dont think I had a choice it was just ON when I set things up if I recall.

There is a specific step during setup where Netgear strongly pushes Bitdefender and Disney Circle, and the option not to enable them is not exactly hidden, but certainly not highlighted.  It is a distinct choice, just not an obvious one.

Re: RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

IT will be seen after the setup wizard completes and you reach the main web page on the RBR. You have to reset the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard.

Re: RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

same issue here.

exactly same.

Thats probably the minor of the issues I 've with orbi, and I'm a new customer.

In any case, the app 2.4.21.5 is one week old. I'm totally sure that THIS issue arises from this app that is bugged

Re: RBR50 no longer showing Detected Devices

What Firmware is currently loaded on the Orbi system?

Try to remove and reinstall the app. Try other mobile devices to compare

For any Orbi app problems or information,

Please post about this in the Orbi app forum:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app

As notited, the OP for this thread has his working on FW v2.5.1.8
