My Orbi base unit RBR50 shows the satellite as DISCONNECTED. Only device hard wired to it is a ROKU box. The Roku works!
However, when I login to the admin portal on my Android phone, the Satellite shows "Connected". It's obviously Connected because I can watch programs via my Roku.
Any thoughts?

It turns out that the Satellite needed a firmware update but that message didn't show up when I first logged into the admin portal on my PC. However, when I logged in on my phone the Satellite was “ connected” but with an update message. I did the update and all is OK now.

What is the firmware version on the Orbi router and satellite? Connection status is one area where people report "strange things" from some firmware releases.
