Using orbi with U-verse as an access point.
Hello
i have reviewed how to set us orbi as an access point. Can it be set up as a wireless access point or as an extender? I have had it and a satellite for 5 months and just switched to U-verse

Re: Using orbi with U-verse as an access point.
It should work connecting an Ethernet cord from your existing router to the LAN port of Orbi will allow you to have ORBI function as an access point. But you may check this link for further guide: How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point
Another suggestion. You can use the Orbin in router mode with the Uverse modem if you put the routers IP address it gets from the Uverse modem in to the modems DMZ.
