Why I cannot login my system control page anymore?
My story is so simple but I cannot directly report to Netgear, it makes me a little angry!!!
I purchased the above device more than one year and setup is so easy including in my computer and my mobile. However recently I tried to login my system control page in my PC but during the login, it pops up a request, installing "Enable Smart Parental Controls on Your Router" the mobile apps: Circle. When I close this pops up, it shows that
400 Bad Request
This server does not support the operation requested by your client.
I don't know how to login anymore, even I installed the apps circle, it doesn't help. I tried to use the Orbi apps in my mobile and the original password cannot be used when i login, it also go to the above page (request install circle) if I click on the forgot password.
Why they can do it to me? And without any help!!!
Anyone can help me?

Re: Why I cannot login my system control page anymore?
Netgear has screwed you with confusing offers. The most direct solution is to perform a Factory Reset and set up the system again.

(I would use the PC because I am most comfortable with it. I would also use a PC connected to the Orbi router with an ethernet cable, because I am most comfortable with that also. A WiFi connection will work. The Orbi "app" will work. I siimply prefer the "old way.")
Offers for Circle and Bitdefender Armor will pop up. Look carefully at the screens. There is usually a link in TINY TYPE to "do not show this offer again" or words like that. If not, just "X" out of the offer.
Sorry this happened to you.
