cannot connect PC to newly setup Orbi RBK20 wifi
Just purchased the ORBI RBK20 (ACC2200) wifi system and is all setup and working. All the devices in the house, mobiles, macs, and ipads are connect to the new wifi address. HOWEVER, the one PC we own, cannot even find the WI-FI address? Help!

More info, please. Desktop/laptop? Windows version? Did it work with a previous WiFi system?

Re: cannot connect PC to newly setup Orbi RBK20 wifi
desktop - windows 10 - Yes - just swapped out the ISP's router with the ORBI Router and once had that sorted - all devices: TV's, Ipads etc just found new WIFI and was just a matter of entering in new password. Got to the PC and and it couldn't find WIFI (wasn't showing the new WIFI) .

Re: cannot connect PC to newly setup Orbi RBK20 wifi
Does it "remember" the WiFi that is no longer present? Maybe "forget" that one?
Shame the desktop isn't located close to the router, as there is an ethernet port on the back of the router.
Since it is obvious that the Orbi is providing WiFi to lots of devices, maybe the question belongs to the computer's forum?

Re: cannot connect PC to newly setup Orbi RBK20 wifi
The dearth of useful information means that it is hard to tell what is going on here.
One thought is that you need to tell Windows that you are on a "private network".
- Network and Internet settings
- Network Status
- Change Connection Properties
- Network Profile
- Private
