iPhone 6S+ generating many DHCP requests

I was glancing at the logs on my Orbi and I noticed my iPhone 6S+ (verified via MAC address) is generating tons of DHCP requests. For example, between Thursday, November 24, 2016 15:59:21 and Thursday, November 24, 2016 23:45:03 (about 8 hours) the iPhone generated 164 DHCP requests. My wife has an iPhone 6S and we had other iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 devices on network from relatives at the time, only my phone seemed to misbehave.
Anyone else observe this? My iPhone works great on the network and no ill effects are observed, just strange. Entries look like this in logs (unique part of MAC redacted):
[DHCP IP: 192.168.1.111] to MAC address 70:48:0f:00:00:00, Thursday, November 24, 2016 15:59:21

"Forget this Network" and rejoining fixed. Only one DHCP request since I did that 3 hours ago.
