unable to update firmware to 2.5

I have tried several times. my moblile indiacates that the update was successful but when I check back in settings it shows that I am still on 2.3

What orbi system do you have? (model)

I'd highly recommend against updating using the app or over wireless. When we see corrupt firmware issues, it tends to be when people updating over wifi or using the app.
