RBR750 Orbi App - 'Delete This Device' not working

There is a device on my network that will not let me 'Delete This Device'. I get Error Unknown Error and all I can do is click OK. This among multiple issues I have with the Orbi app. Any ideas?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Devices can't be removed from the app.
