Changed to Orbi from Eero and have had nothing but problems.
I changed to Orbi RBR 750, I have two satellites, one literally above my office, and my internet drops constantly. I never had this problem with Eero - EVER! I am so frustrated with this Orbi system. My house is about 5500 square feet. When I bought the system, I asked the sales person specifically how many satellites I would need, and he said two, so I bought two. My cameras drop all the time, my TV will not stream without interruption, my pool functions drop, my internet is so frustrating, I can hardly work. I have Netgear Armor, and I am thinking that it may have been a mistake to buy it because it may be causing some of my problems. I have to fix this issue, or rip this system out of my house soon. It was so expensive and we just bought it about six months ago, but I hate it and regret it.

Re: Changed to Orbi from Eero and have had nothing but problems.
1. what modem/gateway is it connected to?
2. what firmware is on the router and the satellites?
3. How many eero satellites did you have? Sales people aren't always the best and 5k sqft is a sizeable home.
4. Have you noticed if its an issue with all devices? Just wireless devices? Wired devices?
5. Have you noticed if its the devices connected to the satellites or the router?
